Applications

 
Applications may be submitted to the Genoa Township Development & Zoning Office (5111 S. Old 3C Hwy., Westerville, Ohio 43082) during regular office hours, Monday thru Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  Payment via credit card or check made out to Genoa Township is due at the time of submittal. Cash cannot be accepted.
 
Applications for permits are typically reviewed in the order in which they are received and will not be reviewed on the spot. As such, same-day permit issuance cannot be guaranteed. Pursuant to Section 115.02.A of the Township's Zoning Resolution, the Development and Zoning Office may take up to 30 days to render a decision on a zoning permit application. Applications, including re-zonings, which are not reviewed by staff but by the Zoning Commission, Board of Zoning Appeals, and/or Board of Trustees may take longer.
