 Boards and Commissions

​Dedicated residents serve Genoa Township on a variety of Boards, Commissions and advisory groups.  These groups influence the the Township by making recommendations to the Trustees for action with the exception of the Board of Zoning Appeals and the Zoning Commission, which each retain final decision-making authority on certain matters. Membership on each of the Boards and Commissions is determined by the Trustees. 
Residents interested in serving the Township on a Board, Commission or advisory group should complete an application and send a letter of interest as well as a resume with your qualifications to Paul Wise, Township Administrator, at pwise@genoatwp.comA call for applications is typically made at the beginning of each year.
